“Building high-converting infrastructure isn’t about writing the most elegant code. It’s about removing friction—both from the user’s experience and the server’s response time.”

The Mindset

Running my own business taught me the most valuable lesson: I needed to stop thinking like a programmer and start thinking like a store owner. Clients don’t care about the elegant code behind the scenes; they care about why users are abandoning their carts.

That’s why my approach always starts with business metrics: Where is the drop-off? Why is the conversion rate stuck at 1%? What’s causing operational friction?

Once we diagnose the core business problem, we apply the technical solution. Currently, the Cloudflare + WordPress stack is my absolute favorite sweet spot for building a high-converting, independent ecosystem that scales effortlessly without breaking the bank.
